- Items can be returned within 14 days after the receiving by the customer.
- If received Item does not correspond to the description at purchase, mysupplyshop will cover the shipping back price.
- If you decide you are in no need of the item, and it is in exactly the same condition described at purchase, You can ship your returns with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense.
